Waleed Al Hammadi is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of DXRE Real Estate Brokerage. He brings more than 15 years of experience in operational management, facilities management, real estate investment, and business development.
As a certified real estate broker with the Dubai Land Department, he combines market knowledge with strategic leadership to support clients in making clear and informed real estate decisions.
His vision for DXRE is to build a trusted Emirati real estate company recognised for professionalism, sustainable value, and long-term client relationships.

Yousuf Al Marzouqi
Yousuf Al Marzouqi is a Founding Partner at DXRE Real Estate Brokerage, bringing more than 10 years of experience in the UAE real estate market.
His expertise includes property sales, leasing, investment opportunities, market analysis, business development, and building professional relationships with clients, investors, and industry partners.
With an academic background in Information Systems, he brings a structured and analytical approach to evaluating real estate opportunities and helping clients make well-informed decisions.
